Parts extracted from a powder bed carry unfused powder in every crevice and internal channel, and they have the characteristic matte, porous surface of sintered nylon. Five stages take them from that state to a finished frame, and you will not need all five on every job. Initial depowdering uses soft brushes and vacuum extraction.
